Welcome to Take Bat. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to every member who uses the Take Bat platform. By creating an account or using our services, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

• Keeping your account password secure is your responsibility.
• Sharing your account with anyone else is prohibited.
• Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Opening an account under someone else's name or identity is prohibited.

Deposits on Take Bat can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and USDT. Each payment method has its own limits and processing times. Take Bat charges no fees on deposits.

Your account must be fully verified before you can make a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 1–48 hours. Take Bat reserves the right to delay a withdrawal for security reasons.

• Minimum deposit: BDT 200 (bKash/Nagad).
• Minimum withdrawal: BDT 500.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals above BDT 5,000 are not possible without completing KYC.
• Take Bat reserves the right to place a hold on payments during an investigation into any suspicious transactions.

Take Bat regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with its own terms and wagering requirements. Please read the specific terms of any bonus before claiming it.

Take Bat's welcome bonus can only be claimed once and is automatically applied to your first deposit. The bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements have been completed.

• Bonuses may only be used on eligible games.

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Bonus abuse may result in the forfeiture of any winnings.

All games on Take Bat are powered by an independent RNG (Random Number Generator) system. The outcome of every spin or round is completely random and is not influenced by any previous result.

Take Bat reserves the right to cancel an ongoing game in the event of a technical issue. In such cases, your stake will be refunded. Take Bat is not liable for issues originating from a game provider's servers.

• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each game.
• Winnings will be credited to your Take Bat balance immediately.
• Your game history and transactions will be stored on Take Bat.
• If your internet connection is lost, the outcome of any game in progress will be determined from the server logs.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Take Bat. Violating these rules may result in account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to hack or manipulate Take Bat's software.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Defrauding or threatening other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
